Chapter 6

Found

 I tried to remain awake, but I'm finding it really hard to. I can't move, even breathing is difficult. I was lucky he missed his intended target, but still... I think I'd rather be dead than be like this...

I knew now that I was underneath the bar, I was hoping that maybe one of his staff would fine me here. But my guess was that he was the only one allowed down here..

I placed pressure over the open wound and tried to keep my eyes open, incase he returned again.

That is when her sent hit me... Why was she here?

My eyes were now half closed and begin to drop further, I knew I was either about to pass out from the loss of blood, or die. Which one it was I wasn't sure. But both got me into a sleep where this wouldn't hurt. So I closed my eyes...

--- McKenzie's Pov --- 

I have been at this club for a few days now. I'm loving it here actually. It's busy, but not too busy. The staff and even the manager are really nice, and easy to get on with.

Today I'm in charge of checking supplies before our opening hours.

Been looking through them for awhile now, and we need a few replaced. I head over to Caleb.

"We need some more whiskey and coke." I smile looking at the chart I wrote.

"Ok. Thanks Kenz." He smiles back. "Mr McAlester, will change them later."

"But. Why don't we just change them?" I ask looking confused. "He told me to" Caleb stares at me for a moment before nodding and handing a key over.

"The room to the end of the hall. Follow the chairs down and you can't miss them" he has a slight smirk on his lips as I take the keys.

"Erm thanks..." I mutter heading off. I wonder down the stairs and search around for a light switch. My foot catches on something and I fall to the floor.

Letting out a little groan I go to get to my feet when I see someone laying beside me. I must of tripped on them. I crawl over and check on them. They are in a slight light so I can see. I gasp in shock and close the distance gently shaking him awake.
"Jj!" I cry out.
