Chapter 5

 New arrival

*Brian's POV*

Ok, maybe I did go a little overboard. But, I have had enough of waiting. When I ask something, I expect it to be done. Mustang has always been a hard one to get through to. Just when I thought I was getting somewhere, he'd stop talking.

Earlier when I held the phone to his hand, he had found some strength and sent the phone flying into the wall, it landed with a small thud in pieces. I'd lost it with him by this point.

Now I was looking down at him as he lay in a puddle of his own blood. Thankfully he was still breathing, but still... He was still someone I didn't really want to kill. Maybe in a little time he will be back on his feet again, he is a vampire after all.

My phone buzzed and I looked to new text message.
-The new girl has arrived Sir. She is waiting by the bar- I sighed and began to walk towards the door. I paused and looked back, to see 'Stang in the same position.

If I had gone too far, he won't be alive much longer. I guess one less Vampire to worry about, but... I shook my head and walked through the door, locking it behind me.

After taking a moment to calm myself I walked over to the girl as she fiddled with her hair, leaning against the bar, looking around my small but very popular club. When she saw me she quickly stood up straight and gave me a small smile.

"You must be.." I'm not very good with names, and I hadn't actually bothered to look. I really look for their strengths, she had put down 'anything' which meant she would and should do any job I asked.

"Mckenzie Mustang." She smiled shaking my hand. I couldn't help the smirk that appeared.

Things where now going to get very interesting, that is if he lasted that long...
